The Universe might be a finite quantum system, like a hard drive with limited storage. But any observer inside it can only 'read' a tiny slice of all the information. So even if a perfect 'theory of everything' exists, we can never test it fully—a fundamental limit of knowledge is baked into the laws of physics.
