Radio-frequency reflectometry was applied to PbTe-Pb nanowire devices grown via selective epitaxy on a CdTe substrate. These nanowires are predicted to support Majorana zero modes. Compatibility of the RF method, including resistive and capacitive sensing, with such structures was demonstrated. Dielectric losses in the CdTe substrate were quantitatively assessed. The technique's viability under finite magnetic fields, required for zero-energy states, was confirmed. These results enable fast manipulation of PbTe quantum devices, paving the way for their integration into topological quantum computing.
