Meteorites bombarding the young Earth left more than destruction. Their craters became bowls where water and lipid bubbles gathered. There, safe from the sun, these bubbles crowded together, exchanged parts, and divided — a prototype of the first living cells.

🎯 Today, those same lipid bubbles deliver drugs into cells: their membrane fuses with the cell membrane, just as protocells did 4 billion years ago.
