An ordinary black hole sucks in everything that falls past its edge. But scientists have described a hole that, at that edge, becomes an impenetrable wall, and light cannot fall to the center. Such a hole can be spotted—its shadow hides a bright glow.

🎯 In such a black hole, there is no point of infinite compression—the effect is simply turned off.
