Ultralight dark matter might hide behind Earth's atmosphere like a shield. But in orbit, where ultra-precise clocks operate, that shield disappears. Oscillations of fundamental constants caused by dark matter could turn space clocks into detectors of the invisible. This is a chance to catch what has eluded ground-based experiments.

🎯 If dark matter interacted strongly with the atmosphere, we'd feel it as extra air pressure — but it's vanishingly small compared to normal atmospheric pressure.
