Scientists lined up atoms using laser tweezers and made light reflect off them like a mirror. As they added more atoms, the beam got narrower. Now we can design custom quantum circuits.

🎯 Bragg scattering is typically seen in crystals with billions of atoms; here, for the first time, physicists observed it from a chain of just a few atoms, adding them one at a time.
