Beacon-like pulsars helped test if dark matter might be ultralight.

Pulsars are cosmic lighthouses of incredible precision. Their rhythm could be disrupted by the invisible ripple of ultralight dark matter. Astronomers analyzed years of data and found no such disturbances. But now they know for sure where it isn’t. This is an important step in solving the riddle of what the Universe is really made of.
