Abstract

The authors summarize the application of quantum telepathy — coordination of decisions through entangled particles without communication — in tasks such as risk reduction in high-frequency stock trading or load balancing in decentralized networks. Such tasks are reduced to nonlocal games (games where winning depends on correlated answers without communication). Interestingly, the quantum advantage here is guaranteed by Bell's theorem and is already achievable on existing noisy quantum processors (NISQ). This is not just theory: quantum telepathy can directly solve practical problems of distributed systems.

Two particles behave as if there's a telepathic link between them: measuring the state of one instantly determines the state of the other—no matter the distance. Einstein called this 'spooky action at a distance.' Today we know it's quantum entanglement—the most reliable way to coordinate, surpassing any classical method. Surprisingly, no faster-than-light information transfer occurs: the particles follow a pre-written script.
