Electron Dance in Graphene: A Movie at the Speed of Light
A sheet of graphene is a lattice of carbon atoms arranged like a honeycomb. Electrons in it zip around so fast they seem to have no mass, just like light. When a powerful laser pulse hits such a sheet, the electrons get a kick and start accelerating. Their path can be compared to a road with occasional barriers — the forbidden zones.

Quantum Chemistry for Hundreds of Thousands of Atoms
Water in a glass looks continuous, but it's actually a dance of trillions of molecules constantly breaking and forming bonds. Seeing this dance in full detail was previously impossible: accurate calculations that account for the quantum properties of electrons could only handle tiny droplets of a few hundred atoms. The new model UBio-MolFM changes the game.
