Measurements of 32 celestial bodies revealed that giant planets spin almost at the brink of tearing apart because their gaseous cocoon barely slowed them down in their youth. Brown dwarfs, on the contrary, lost spin due to a denser disk. Moreover, planets don't depend on proximity to a star, while c
